A Life in Heraldry

Sir Henry Bedingfeld, Bart., Norroy & Ulster King of Arms, reflects on his career at the College of Arms, illustrated with designs he has created, and describes how English heraldry has evolved and adapted in recent decades. Sir Henry has been an officer at the College of Arms in London for over thirty years. At this event, Sir Henry will be presented with the NYG&B’s Medal for Heraldic Achievement, previously awarded to the late Garter Peter Gwynn-Jones, former Lord Lyon Robin Blair, and former Canadian Chief Herald Robert Watt.
